Getting their Permit

2. V.O.E./T.E.A. form (form must be processed by public/ private school administrators.

4. Social Security Card (original documents only)

5. School I.D. or school transcript or Texas ID2 utility bills (both bills must be under the same name)

6. Parent or Legal Guardian must have Texas ID or Texas Drivers License or Legal Residency

7. $16.00 Check or Money Order payable to D.P.S.

9. Two Utility bills (under parent's name)
